Oral Arguments Begin Today in Fincher Appeal

Just wanted to remind you that oral argument before the 8th Circuit on Wayne Fincher's appeal will be held today, March 10th in St. Louis at approximately 10 am central time. Attorney Quentin Rhoades of Montana will be making the argument for Wayne.

From Paul W. Davis:

We will be driving all night (6 hours) to St. Louis to attend the oral arguments. Miss Linda (Wayne's wife), both daughters and one son-in-law and one nephew, along with myself will be going.

If you're inclined, say a prayer.

And I'm sure a little Earthly help would be welcome, too.
