This summer, as the Obama Administration prepared to confront Iran with proof of its undisclosed uranium-enrichment plant in Qum, CIA Director Leon Panetta ordered his staff to work with European intelligence agencies to compile a comprehensive presentation about the facility. Although the Iranians had taken great pains to keep the facility a secret, building it into a mountain 100 miles southwest from Tehran, the CIA had known about it for three years.

My Comment: It appears that even though the CIA knew of the Qom nuclear site for three years, it was the Israelis who provided the more critical information on what was happening inside this mountain complex. For if the Israelis had not provided critical information, they would never have been involved in sanitizing this report.
One question remains though .... who leaked the report to the Iranians? It appears that while Iran's nuclear program has been infiltrated by Western and Israeli agents .... the west also has moles that are sympathetic to Iran.
