Tony Blair will today outrage families of victims of the Iraq War by claiming to have shed many tears for the dead.

In his massively-hyped memoir, the former prime minister admits failing to foresee the 'nightmare' that unfolded in the country.

But despite vowing to dedicate his efforts to trying to 'redeem something from the tragedy' he again refuses to apologise for the 2003 invasion.
