Biden: U.S. Will Help Afghanistan Beyond 2014 If Needed -- USA Today

Vice President Joe Biden indicated to Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai today that the United States will not pull all of its troops out in 2014 if the war-torn still needs them.

"We're not leaving if you don't want us to leave," Biden told Karzai after meeting today in Kabul.
