Libyan Rebels Capture Oil Refinery Within 30 Miles Of Tripoli -- USA Today



Steadily advancing Libyan rebels have captured an oil refinery within 30 miles of the capital, Tripoli, according to reports from the Associated Press, Reuters and the BBC.



"We have full control over the Zawiya oil refinery, and we have liberated the whole city except two main streets," Col. Ali Ahrash tells the AP.
