On 3rd anniversary of Cast Lead, senior IDF commander says terror groups in Gaza working to abduct soldiers, digging tunnels.
Motivation to kidnap Israeli soldiers has significantly increased since Israel completed the prisoner swap for the release of Gilad Schalit, a senior IDF commander said Wednesday.
According to Col. Tal Hermoni, commander of the Gaza Division South Brigade, Hamas, Islamic Jihad and other terror groups in the Gaza Strip are working to abduct Israeli soldiers and are digging tunnels that can potentially be used in such an attack.

My Comment: The Gilad Schalit kidnapping was not only a propaganda victory for Hamas, but it also released hundreds of militants. If it worked once .... why not again.
