Judge Gayle Guynup sentenced Higdon to four months in the Sonoma County Main Adult Detention Facility and Lusk, who also recently resigned from the Santa Rosa Fire Department, was sentenced to a six-month term.
Both also were sentenced to three years probation and are eligible to apply for electronic home confinement. Higdon also is eligible to apply for work furlough. They are to turn themselves in at the county jail June 20 if electronic home confinement is not approved.
