We're the Only OnesPutting Our Heart (and other body parts) into our Work

A Lawrence, Mass., police officer who is charged with kidnapping and raping a woman while on duty was hospitalized overnight after complaining of chest pains.
Why do I picture Redd Foxx clutching his chest and crying "ELIZABETH"?

The thing is, enforcing the violation of another human being's rights is a form of rape--both involve force or the threat of force, and require absolute submission to unspeakable indignity on the part of the victim.

Wherever peaceable citizen disarmament is deemed a "legitimate" police power, that's just what they're training their "Only Ones" to do.
