I can't help but wonder how useless you'd have been had you been there to witness it, Larry. If the killer had turned his attention to you, do you think you'd have pleaded, blubbered, sobbed, girly-screamed and animal-howled?
And how wonderful you offer after-the-atrocity counseling.

And ditto for section 2.7.3 of your Faculty Policies and Procedures? And Section 2.2 of your ludicrously-titled "Campus Workplace Violence Prevention Policy"?
How are those documents working out for you, Charlie? And if you say you can't do this, does it mean you're lying when you promise to do everything you can?
