My Comment: They may be disrupted, but we all know that a cell of about 20 men .... with a little financing .... can do tremendous amount of harm.
Disrupted today .... yes .... but tomorrow someone somewhere can end up doing something spectacular that will completely change the perception of Al Qaeda almost immediately.
