The report, submitted to the Senate Intelligence Committee and other Capitol Hill officials Wednesday, appears to contradict Pelosi’s statement last month that she was never told about the use of waterboarding or other special interrogation tactics. My Comment: We are now in the classic situation of .... she said .... he said. What is troubling about this case is that there were multiple witnesses who were there, and they are all saying the same thing, while Rep. Pelosi is alone and is her sole witness is herself.

What we do know is that she was there. She should have asked the questions that a senior person on the oversight committee should ask. Her only defense then is that she did not .... which in itself is odd and sloppy on her part.
