Here's what I get from King's bill: They will be able to put a person's name on their "prohibited" list using redacted documents that can be withheld from the victims under the guise that releasing the information compromises national security. They will be able to do this without having convicted that person of a thing in a court of law--the accusation is enough.These evil sons of bitches have drafted a declaration of war.
At least the Salem witches got a trial, could face their accusers, and hear all the "evidence" against them.
This is intended as an in-your-face threat against activist gun owners, a way to chill their agitation, and ultimately a way to prohibit them from "legal" gun ownership. And they'll get to the less active ones next. [More]
