Somali Minister of Information, Farhan Ali Mohammed has announced his cabinet's readiness to place curfews throughout the war-torn Horn of Africa country.
The Somali government decided to announce the state of emergency in the country after a cabinet meeting on Saturday, which declared Somalia as being "in danger" of a humanitarian crisis.
