I guess the old motif didn't really fit the new mission. It's been a lie for a while anyway...
I guess that's because the Constitution says it's about "secur[ing] the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity" instead of imposing and enforcing "the common law [and] the will of mankind"...
I guess at some point, there's no need to hide intent any more...
