My Comment: Business is not going to be normal. While Senate Chairmanships will probably still be in Democrat hands, the House of Representatives will (probably) be in Republican hands .... and they will use their election as a mandate to oppose and/or obstruct Presdient Obama's foreign policy objectives.
I expect fireworks (come January) when the new Congress is sworn in.
