It is nothing less than un-American, and Mariscal, who like all public officials took an oath of office attesting his fidelity to the Constitution, ought to be ashamed of himself. That similar tactics (when perpetrated with no personal costs) have historically resulted in eradicating more than the public's consciousness seems not to have been considered here. So consider it.
