My Comment: Greed is one of the 7 deadly sins for a reason. The list of countries that are listed is not a surprise .... unfortunately .... countries like Afghanistan preoccupy much of our military's attention, and allies like Russia may not be great allies when we filter through the corruption that exists there.
As for Wikileaks revealing what we all already know .... sighhh .... I just wish there was a better way to reveal all of this.
