Mutiny Reported On A German Naval Training Ship

Mutiny On Board German Sailing Ship After Female Recruit Plunges 100ft To Her Death -- The Daily Mail

Military chiefs in Germany admitted that naval cadets aboard the country`s most famous sailing ship mutinied when one of their number died in an accident aboard.

The boat was on a round-the-world sailing trip, but the journey was forced to be cut short, causing great embarrassment to the German Navy.

Recruits on the sailing vessel Gorch Fock rebelled when a female cadet called Sarah Schmidt, 25, was killed when she fell 100 feet from the foremast of the ship.
