Deportation raises questions for Grassley gun investigation

That is curious.  Especially in the absence of information about who decided the Mexican nationals are not accessories (or even material witnesses), and how that was determined. After all, whether they were complicit to the shooting or not, they were illegally present at the scene of a crime in which a law enforcement officer was killed.

Today's Gun Rights Examiner report wonders if everybody who needs to has had a chance to ask questions.  Ain't it something that we have to question that?
