Mexico Shootings: Gunmen Knew They Were Firing At U.S. Agents -- The Daily Mail
Mexican drug gang hitmen knew they were firing at U.S. agents when they shot and killed one, and wounded another, it has emerged.
A U.S. official told the Associated Press that, judging from comments the gunmen made as they opened fire at immigration and customs agents Jaime Zapata and Victor Avila, they knew they were attacking U.S. law enforcement.
He refused to reveal what the gunmen said.
