Pakistani Intelligence Service Warns Relationship With CIA Is At Breaking Point -- The Telegraph

Pakistan's spy agency has warned that its relationship with the CIA came close to breaking point over the fate of an American agent arrested in Lahore, threatening a crucial alliance that underpins the war in Afghanistan.

"Post-incident conduct of the CIA has virtually put the partnership into question," said a letter sent by the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) directorate to media outlets this week.

The letter accused the CIA of "arrogance" and said that pressure to free Raymond Davis, who has been detained for almost a month after shooting dead two Pakistanis, had strained the relationship.

My Comment: This was predicted a long time ago .... including from this blogger. The ISI has been playing a double game with the West for an incredible long period of time .... working with the West as well as with radical Islamic groups (especially those who have been targeting India) .... that inevitably the time was rapidly approaching in which the ISI was going to be told to make a choice. With the Raymond Davis crisis continuing, that has become the focal point and breaking point in this relationship.
