My Comment: The only country that has the capability to enforce a no-fly zone over Libya is the United States. But even with overwhelming support among many in the Arab world, I predict that in the end the U.S. will do nothing. The Wall Street Journal's editorial on U.S. inaction sums up this state of affairs perfectly. Am I surprised .... no .... after all this is a President who is focused on other more pressing concerns and worries.
