At NATO Summit, U.S. Resists Calls For Greater Engagement In Libya -- Washington Post

BERLIN — U.S. officials opened a two-day summit of NATO nations here Thursday resisting calls from France and Britain to engage more intensely in the coalition’s military operation in Libya. Instead, U.S. diplomats played down the emerging rifts with allies and said they planned to use the meeting to bridge those differences.
