Panetta Calls Insurgent Attacks In Afghanistan A 'Sign Of Weakness' -- CNN
Washington (CNN) -- The recent high-profile attacks by insurgents in Afghanistan represent a shift in strategy by the Taliban, who have ceded control of territory in much of the country, the U.S. secretary of defense said Thursday.
But the recent attacks have raised the ire of the United States against Pakistan, whose intelligence agency the United States believes supports a key insurgent group behind the attack, the top U.S. military officer said.

My Comment: This change in tactics by the Taliban have been very effective .... but can the Taliban sustain such suicide attacks .... only time will tell.
