Two Foreign Advisors Killed In Afghanistan During Another Day Of Carnage As Protests Continue Over Koran Burning -- Daily Mail

* Three protesters shot dead by Afghan security forces today during the fifth day of demonstrations over American troops burning copies of the Koran
* Six Afghan soldiers killed and 16 others injured today during an attempt to defuse a roadside bomb in the Baghdis province, Western Afghanistan

Two Western foreign advisors have been gunned down today inside the heavily barricaded Interior Ministry in the centre of capital Kabul. The ministry has been sealed shut and no one is allowed in or out.

The news comes shortly after three protesters were shot dead by Afghan security forces today as protests over American troops burning copies of the Koran at a NATO base raged for a fifth day.

The situation was already fragile as Nato forces attempt to bring stability to the region before foreign troops withdraw by the end of 2014.
