The head of the US secret service went before Congress on Wednesday in an attempt to play down the Cartagena sex scandal, but his testimony appeared not to convince sceptical senators.
Mark Sullivan apologised for the Columbia incident at the homeland security committee hearings and said it was "not representative" of the service as a whole.

My Comment: As much as the Director of the Secret Service tries his best to deny that there is a culture of misconduct in the Secret Service .... questions are still being raised.
