 I've been wondering when that would become the "defense" talking point, and didn't want to be the one to give it to them.

Thing is, it's "illegal" to lie to a police investigator, so if they try it, we need to establish who gave it to him and who they got it from, and that they are prosecuted if it can be shown they lied.

Let's see who's willing to take one for the team.
