My Comment: I try my best to stay away from Washington politics .... I am not an American and I do not live in the U.S. .... but I do follow U.S. political news because I know that when Washington is diverted by scandal, it is a given that the world's bad actors will always take liberty with this lack of focus.
As to this scandal .... my take is very simple ... Attorney General Holder is in trouble. You cannot claim to Congress that you were not involved in "the potential prosecution" of a member of the press under the Espionage Act for disclosing classified information .... and then contradict yourself by personally signing the papers that permitted this investigation. On top of all of this .... I have trouble understanding how he could label the intelligence leaks that prompted this unprecedented attack on the press as one of the worst leaks ever .... but then not notify the President .... who only learned about it from the press.
