American children take anti-psychotic medicines at about six times the rate of children in the United Kingdom, according to a comparison based on a new U.K. study.

See, it's the War on Some Drugs. Others, the ones that serve the interests of the state in establishing control are encouraged and even mandated.

Then we wonder why some snap. But it sure does give us a convenient excuse to insist on even more controls...
