Officials Link Kabul Attackers To Pakistan -- International Herald Tribune
KABUL: The suicide bombers who stormed the Afghan Justice Ministry and a prison department building in the capital last month were trained in Pakistan's lawless border region, according to Afghan intelligence officials.
The attack, which left 26 people dead and more than 50 wounded Feb. 11, was conducted by 8 armed men wearing suicide vests and has been compared to the militant attacks in Mumbai in November and against the Sri Lankan cricket team in Lahore, Pakistan, on March 4.
