It all started after a burglar alarm at the car dealership on East Napoleon. An employee arrived ahead of police and went inside to check the business. He had a flashlight and a gun. I guess it beats admitting to "Only One" training deficiencies. But it make me wonder how plain clothes officers can react during violent crimes with any degree of confidence that their greatest danger won't be "friendly fire". Then again, noting the marksmanship, perhaps I worry too much.
Ah well--failing to kill him, at least they arrested the poor sap who returned fire...
