Former Vice President Dick Cheney has taken an aggressive approach to his post-administration life, holding on to the spotlight in order to defend the Bush administration against criticism from the party in power.
Dick Cheney said Tuesday that he's not going to "roll over" while Democrats accuse the Bush administration of breaking the law with its anti-terror policies, defending his decision to stay in the public eye in order to battle critics.
The former vice president, who has taken heat for remaining so vocal since Inauguration Day, told FOX News that the Obama administration is "dismantling" the national security policies that kept the country safe since the Sept. 11 attacks.

My Comment: President Carter, President Clinton, Vice President Gore .... all of these public officials have never backed down from criticizing the Bush administration. Vice President Cheney has a right just like anyone else to either defend his administration .... or be critical of others.
