I AGREE THAT FELONS AND MENTALLY INCOMPETENT INDIVIDUALS ARE EXEMPT FROM THE SECOND AMENDMENT AS THE SUPREME COURT HAS RULED AND I AGREE THAT ONE SHOULD HAVE TO APPLY FOR A PERMIT TO CARRY A CONCEALED WEAPON.
