Honduras Talks To Restart As UN Debates Crisis -- Bloomberg

Honduras’s ousted President Manuel Zelaya said he will recognize elections in November, meeting a condition set by the acting government to reopen talks on ending the country’s political crisis.

United Nations Security Council members will meet today in an emergency session to discuss the stalemate in the Central American nation since Zelaya was removed from office on June 28.
