Al-Qaeda Claims Responsibility For Iraq's Worst Suicide Bomb Attack In Two Years -- The Telegraph

The Iraqi wing of al-Qaeda has claimed responsibility for the country's worst suicide bomb attack in two years, which killed 155 people on Sunday.
Twenty-four children were among the dead, killed when one of two truck bombs struck the school bus that was carrying them away from a day-care centre near the ministry of justice.

A statement posted on a website claiming to be from the Islamic State of Iraq, an umbrella group for organisations claiming association with al-Qaeda, said the two truck bombers were "martyrs who had targeted the dens of infidelity".
