Despite being unmasked as a spy and unceremoniously booted out of the U.S., Anna Chapman’s year ended on a high as she was named ‘woman of the year’ by a Russian TV station.

The 28-year-old was honoured by the state-owned Channel One when she appeared on its This Is Your Life-style show.

Relatives, friends and teachers lined up to sing her praises on the prime-time Let Them Speak programme.
