Dred Scott, John San(d)Ford, and the Case for Collusion

I've been so wrapped up, as you can imagine, I forgot to tell you about a new article by David Hardy on the notorious Dred Scott decision.

I got this link in an email I opened late Friday night and wanted to wait until today because traffic drops noticeably on the weekend.

Confession: I still have not had time to read it.  I will, this week, and then I'll have more to say.  Knowing, respecting and admiring his outstanding work, I'm sure it will be all good.
